We are very excited that you took this important step! Please know that we’ll be with you every step of this 10-day journey. We’d like to give you a brief overview of what to expect and how to prepare for this challenge.

We have already sent you a link to the workbook and recipes. But just in case you can’t find it, here it is again. Feel free to follow the menu plan we suggest or mix and match recipes the way you like. Not new to cooking? Add some of your favorite healthy meals to the lineup. The point is to change your diet for these 10 days, and see how that makes you feel. We will also be sending you emails with other things you can do to regain the strength and vitality you’ve been missing.
