90-Day Power Up: What to Expect

Step 1: Free Wellness Consultationendobalance chart example

Start by filling out the free wellness consultation form below. Before your appointment, we will send you a link to a wellness survey that will only take 15 minutes to complete. At the end you will receive a comprehensive report that helps visualize the health data, making it more accessible and easier to understand.

During your wellness consultation, we will look at this report together, talk more about your symptoms, and determine in which areas your health could use improvement. If you are ready to feel better, let’s move to the next step!

Step 2: Wellness Assessment

measuring waist with tapeIf you would like to get the full picture, we can conduct additional tests and measurements to fill any gaps in your wellness profile and measure your allostatic load. In your first appointment we will measure such things as blood pressure, BMI, pulse, muscular tone, saliva pH, bodily proportions, etc. You can even bring your recent blood work or we can help you get your labs drawn to get additional information about your state of health. At your second appointment, we will review the Report of Findings based on the tests we did. At this point, we will come up with a plan that will include nutrition, stress management, mobility and exercise recommendations, as well as supplementation consideration. You can choose to implement this plan on your own or sign up for 90-Day Power Up so you can receive extra support during the 90-day period. *The cost of these two appointments ($130) is not included in the 90-Day Power Up cost.

Step 3: Strategy & Treatment

If you have decided to join the 90-Day Power Up, congratulations! Throughout the program we will be checking in with you weekly via Skype, phone, or during in-person visits (you get 3 appointments) to make sure you stay on track. We will talk about your daily challenges and offer help, advice and motivation. We will provide you with a detailed action plan that works with your lifestyle, and we’ll help you follow through the best we can! You will also get access to a member resource site with support resources, direct contact with your Wellness Navigator via text, email, or phone, and small group mobility and exercise classes – all tailored to your needs. And much more!

Step 4: Progress

After 30 days and 60 days we will meet and conduct mini assessments to see if any corrections are needed to your treatment plan. At the 90-day mark, we will do the whole battery of tests and surveys again to compare the results. At this point, most patients feel significantly better and most of their symptoms have either lessened or disappeared entirely. We can even send progress reports to your primary physician or other healthcare providers so they can see the progress you’ve made.
