Exercising can be intimidating, especially if you haven’t done it in a while or have pains and injuries that prevent you from certain activities. Here are a few basic exercises that work most parts of your body and can be easily completed at home. Just follow the video – even if you only have 10-15 minutes a day you can devote to exercise, it is still better than skipping it altogether.
