Food is the fuel that energizes our body for work, play and healing. It is the source of our vitality and contains all substances and nutrition necessary for the regulation of all our bodily processes. However, with the dominance of processed foods and our busy schedules, it’s getting increasingly difficult to eat foods that actually do all of the above.
Many of the foods we consume were made with heavily processed ingredients that were stripped of their nutritional value for the sake of better appearance or longer shelf live.
