Strength & Vitality Wellness Center (formerly Women in Wellness) specializes in acupuncture and nutrition counseling and is located in the Mt. Washington area of Baltimore, MD. You can find us on Falls Rd. next to the Falls Road Animal Hospital. We are convenient to Baltimore, Lutherville-Timonium, Parkville, Perry Hall, White Marsh, Pikesville, Owings Mills, Cockeysville, Glen Arm, Sparks, Overlea and many other areas. Some of our clients come from Northern Pennsylvania as well.
How to Find Us
Finding us is easy.
From North (Timonium, Hunt Valley, Herford, Parkton or York, PA) – follow I-83 South than merge into I-695 West. Stay in the right lane to continue on I-83 South, then take exit 23B for Falls Rd. Alternatively, if you leave near Falls Rd., you can follow it all the way to our office!
From South (Baltimore) – there easiest way to reach us from Baltimore is to take I-83 North till the exit 10A for Northern Parkway and then turn to Falls Rd. If you miss the exit, just take the next one for Ruxton Rd., then backtrack a bit to reach our location.
From East (Perry Hall, White Marsh, Overlea, Rossville, Rosedale) – follow I-695 West and keep right to remain on I-83 South, then take exit 23B for Falls Rd.
From West (Pikesville, Randallstown, Milford Mill, Owings Mills, Resiterstown) – Take I-795 South to I-695 East and leave at the exit 22 Greenspring Ave. Turn left onto Green Summit Rd. that eventually turns into Old Pimlico Rd. From there take a right turn onto Falls Rd.
If you are coming from north, we are on the same side of the road as the animal hospital and a literally the next right turn once you pass the Shoemaker Rd. There is plenty of free parking available.
