Here is an easy and healthy breakfast idea. Even though I called it a “cereal,” it’s doesn’t actually have any corn flakes or wheat squares. Non the less, it’s just as delicious and nutritious!
What You Will Need:
- 1 Apple or banana cut into small chunks
- 2 tsp Coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk (or more if you like it more liquidy)
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Coco nibs
- 1 tsp Spicy pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp Protein Powder
Mix the protein powder with coconut milk, then add the rest of the ingredients. Watch this video for the step-by-step process.
