Apple Breakfast Cereal Recipe

Here is an easy and healthy breakfast idea. Even though I called it a “cereal,” it’s doesn’t actually have any corn flakes or wheat squares. Non the less, it’s just as delicious and nutritious!

What You Will Need:

  • 1 Apple or banana cut into small chunks
  • 2 tsp Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk (or more if you like it more liquidy)
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Coco nibs
  • 1 tsp Spicy pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp Protein Powder

Mix the protein powder with coconut milk, then add the rest of the ingredients. Watch this video for the step-by-step process.
