Bacon Burgers and Mini Bacon Quiche

Ingredients

  • Grass-fed Beef
  • Avocado
  • Onions
  • Lettuce
  • Bacon
  • Black Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Coconut Oil
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (Optional)
  • Roman Lettuce
  • Cupcake Trays

Instructions

  1. Add Tablespoon of coconut oil into pan.
  2. Add 5 cups of greens into sautéed pan.
  3. Add Salt & Pepper
  4. Cook Bacon (alongside greens)
  5. Cut Onions in half; one half slice into rings and the other half dice them. (put in separate pans)
  6. Cook Onions until translucent
  7. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees for quiche.
  8. Crack open eight eggs into the mixing bowl
  9. Add salt & pepper, red pepper flakes, sautéed onions, and garlic powder. Mix together.
  10. Add spinach into mixture, add bacon and mix again.
  11. Oil the cupcake tray for non-stick. Add mixture into the tray. (at least ¾ full to prevent overflow)
  12. Pre-heat cooking pan and add a small amount of coconut oil
  13. Add beef inside of a bowl. Add salt & pepper, red pepper flakes, sautéed onions, and garlic powder
  14. Mix together as much as you would like and create patties of your desires.
  15. Cook at medium heat. Cook to your desire
  16. Remove patties from heated pan and onto a plate to cool off.
  17. Remove Quiche from oven onto a cooling tray
  18. Slice an avocado for sides.
  19. Create your plate and Voila!
