It’s really easy to drown in clutter. As I left my office, I realized that my dresser in the bedroom is also very messy. It took me about 10 minutes to put some things away – not very long and it looks much better. Having your bedroom organized is especially important, so that you don’t end up staring at clutter as you fall asleep or seeing it as soon as you wake up. Clutter can be a source of anxiety, as it constantly reminds you about all the things you have to do. Download your mental to-do list onto a piece of paper instead to free your mind.
