I don’t count my calories on a daily basis, but I like to keep track of what I eat in terms of fats, carbs, etc. I use My Fitness Pal app for this purpose and it works great. Once you populate the list of foods you regularly eat, the app will fill the rest of the nutritional information for you. Then you just need to enter what you are eating and you will see what your food contains. I don’t use this app all the time, but it was super helpful in the beginning of my health journey when I didn’t know what’s in my food. Give it a try!
