- Greens (your choice of brand)
- Coconut oil
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to heated pan.
- Then add eggs to pan. (Cook to your desire)
- Add salt & pepper, and garlic powder
- Add 5 cups of greens into heated pan. Cook on medium heat. Also use a cover to cook greens quicker.
- Put them in a container and you’re good to go!
