Greens and Eggs Breakfast – Cara-Michele’s Kitchen

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? Let me show you how to make a delicious meal with just a few ingredients you probably already have in your fridge.

What You Will Need

  • Eggs
  • Mixed greens
  • Coconut oil or butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Avocado as a side

Heat up coconut oil or butter in a skillet. Add greens (I used about 5 cups), pour a bit of water, cover with lid and cook until wilted. Transfer cooked greens into a plate or a bowl. Cook eggs the way you like them, season with your favorite seasonings and transfer to a plate. Voila! You have a delicious and nutritious breakfast that takes less than 15 minutes to prepare.
