Our staff at Women in Wellness are constantly looking for new ways to help our clients and other people live a healthier lifestyle. Eating right is a big struggle for many of us, so we decided to make food choices easier for you by introducing new foods and different ways to eat foods you are familiar with. We called this initiative Rochelle’s Taste of the Day after our wonderful customer care manager Rochelle.
What Rochelle’s Taste of the Day is About
For those of you who haven’t visited our office in a while, here is what’s new. Every day Rochelle selects a healthy food that will be offered to visitors at our Towson office. To give you a few examples, last week we had apple slices with almond butter, dates, and roasted red pepper hummus with bite-sized veggies.
For some of you these foods and food combinations may sound familiar and may well already be on your shopping list. In this case, enjoy a healthy snack before your appointment! Some of our clients have never tried some of these foods or never thought to pair them in a way we did. They walk away with a new healthy meal they can add to their diets!
When we consider which foods to feature each day, above all we make sure the foods we suggest are healthy, easily prepared and tasty. We’ll even tell you where we bought them, so that you know where to shop and in which isle to look.
