Is your week busy and a bit stressful? Would you like to take a break for some healthy conversation and quiet time? Have a miniature getaway in the middle of your week?
Join us every Wednesday from 12:15 – 1:00 pm for our Mid-week Munch and Meditate. Bring your own lunch, and we’ll gather at 12:15 to chat about a wellness topic of interest while we eat. After lunch, we’ll take some time for quiet meditation and relaxation, and wrap it up by 1:00.
Each week, we’ll look at one of the Ten Essentials for Wellness from our free e-book. You can download it by clicking here if you don’t have one already. Cost is only $5 per session.
