Was one of your New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight and get in shape??
My name is Surina Aguilar, and I am excited to be bringing the Transitions Lifestyle System™ (Transitions™) to Women in Wellness! Transitions is an affordable total system approach to weight management and maintenance. It offers behavior modification strategies, stress reduction, positive affirmations, and low glycemic menu plans customized to your lifestyle over a 6-12 week period.
The essence of Transitions can be found in it’s name, a “Lifestyle” change; one that will support participants in creating healthy life-long habits leading to long term weight-loss and maintenance. I haven’t referred to Transitions as a diet because that word implies a temporary solution, where the Transitions system is just the opposite. My goal is to help participants to let go of old habits and form new ones. I will support you throughout the entire process offering assurance, guidance, and/or “tough love” if necessary.
Join me for an Information Session – next Thursday evening, January 27 from 6:00-7:30pm at Women in Wellness to learn more about this program.
Our first six-week program will start on Saturday, February 5th and meet weekly from 10:00-11:30am on Saturdays. Each group will be limited to five participants so we can get to know each other and I can be fully supportive of each person’s journey.
