No Time to Cook? – Cara-Michele’s Kitchen

Cooking a meal may be the last thing on your mind when you come home after a long day at work or running errands. But if you are using an excuse that “cooking takes a long time,” let me stop you right there. Some meals certainly take hours to prepare, but there are also many easy recipes you can throw together in 10-15 minutes or less. Watch the video for the recipe of roasted veggies – my go-to meal when I’m short on time.

For This Recipe I Used:

  • Broccoli and cauliflower pieces to fill your baking dish
  • Olive oil to coat
  • Toasted sesame seed oil, a drizzle
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-2 bay leaves (optional)

Combine all ingredients, mix well until the vegetables are coated with oil, transfer to a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes or until soft. The higher the temperature, the shorter the cooking time.

Enjoy!
