Tabata is another app I use to help with my workouts. It’s based on the premise that the best way to exercise is through short bursts of movement. So you lay it all out for 5 minutes of intense exercise and then you take a short break. Tabata stopwatch makes it easier to time your workout and breaks, so that you don’t have to keep looking at the clock. It sounds an alarm and tells you in words when to push through and when to pause, so that you can focus on the exercise.
