  • Greens
  • Eggs
  • Coconut oil


  1. Add Coconut oil to pan
  2. Add 5 cups of greens to heated pan.
  3. Add a splash of water for steam.
  4. Stir greens while they cook than let it sit for 2 minutes.
  5. Add eggs to heated pan
  6. Add salt and pepper. Cook to your desire.
