How Many Greens in a Cup?

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes


  • Greens
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste


  1. Heat coconut oil in pan
  2. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  3. Measure out 6 cups of greens
  4. Sautee greens for 5 minutes
  5. Remove from pan, add salt and pepper to taste
