FAQs About The Challenge

The MightyMe! Exercise & Stretch Challenge is designed to improve the health and well-being of women aged 45-65. Our Consistency Framework consists of first having a clear intention, second choosing small amounts to work on over time, and lastly focusing on activities that actually generate mental and physical strength.


The program focuses on functional, balance, and strength-based movements in a community setting. Our aim is for exercise to be safe, fun, and progressive.

It is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, and can be tailored for those with specific health conditions like arthritis or osteoporosis after an initial assessment and completing a PAR-Q form.

The only required equipment is a non-slip exercise mat. Participants can use resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, step-up blocks, or stability balls. All classes are conducted online via Zoom, accessible from a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection. Phones are discouraged due to their small screen size.

Classes are held Monday through Saturday. Exercise sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:00 AM or 5:30 PM, Latin dance on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 AM, and a community stretch on Saturdays at 8:00 AM. Weekday sessions are 35 minutes, and Saturday sessions are 45 minutes. Participants are instructed to attend four sessions per week to fully complete the challenge and earn back their full fee.

The challenge costs $170 plus tax for the month. You can earn $10.62 for each session attended. You can only earn money back by attending sixteen sessions between June 1st and 30th.
We offer three “Flex Passes” that allow you to miss sessions without financial penalty, and we track your attendance on the membership platform.

Participants receive extensive support from both the community and instructors. The program includes real-time feedback during sessions, direct messaging with instructors, and community support through our membership platform.


Nutritional advice and wellness discussions about hydration, sleep, and stress management are also included, especially during the in-person mini-retreat, community stretch sessions, and on the community platform.

Yes. Attendance at one of the pre-challenge events is mandatory to be invited to join the challenge. These events give you a taste of the challenge and help you decide if it’s the right fit before committing to the full 30 days.

After the challenge, we invite you to continue your wellness journey by formally joining the MightyMe! community. You can use the money you earned back by completing the challenge to pay for your first month as an official member. This allows you to maintain the exercise habits you’ve developed and continue benefiting from the
support and resources available.
